High-speed interconnect technology - the key technology for high-speed data transmission

Background:
With the development of society, the need for terabit data transmission in high-speed circuits and systems such as cloud storage, cloud computing, and supercomputers is becoming more and more urgent. The National High Performance Supercomputing Center proposes a single-channel data transmission rate of 40Gbps and a total throughput rate of 1Tbps for the next ten years. In response to the demand for terabit data transmission, high-speed electrical interconnection technology has become the key to the realization of the system.
